Soundcheck Nashville has an opening for a Billing Clerk/Office Assistant. Full Time Position with Benefits. Starting immediately.

We are looking for a reliable Billing Clerk/Office Assistant to perform tasks that will help us monitor our revenues. You will be responsible for keeping track of money owed to us by customers, preparing invoices and updating records.

As a billing clerk, you must be accurate and reliable in handling accounts and documents. Being good at math and a high degree of organizational ability are essential due to the great amount of financial information. Since you will be using technology to expedite your work, a degree of computer knowledge is required.

The goal is to contribute to the accurate preparation of bills receivable and safeguard the company’s income. As well as help with the daily office needs to help our clients.

Candidates should be proficient in MS Office as well as the ability to learn our system. Good Organizational skills, customer service, team player, multi-tasker, able to lift heavy items, and walk long distances on the occasion.

Soundcheck Nashville has an opening for another full time audio engineer. Starting immediately.

The responsibilities for the position include the set-up and tear down of audio equipment in Soundcheck's rehearsal rooms, maintenance of audio equipment, cleaning of the rehearsal rooms between bookings, assisting front office staff with helping clients with opening lockers and client locker deliveries, and communicating with clients to book rehearsals and for rehearsal setup information.

Candidates should be to stand / walk 8 to 12 hours daily, regularly lift weights up to 50 lbs. and frequently kneel, bend and squat.
Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year live audio experience, strong work ethic, strong customer service skills, and have the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
